Your song will be delivered to the email address you provide within hours of payment. If you have not received it within 24 hours please contact support@giftone.me.
Because this is a bespoke digital product created immediately upon purchase and delivered instantly, we do not offer refunds once the song has been generated and delivered. Please review our Refund Policy for full details.
