Due to the bespoke digital nature of our product — created individually for each customer — we do not offer refunds once the song has been successfully generated and delivered to your email address. This is consistent with the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 for digital content delivered with your consent prior to the end of the cancellation period.
If you experience a technical failure — such as not receiving your song or receiving a corrupted file — please contact us at support@giftone.me within 7 days of purchase. We will investigate and either resolve the issue or issue a full refund.
